This is the home of the Barnhard Associates Trouble Ticketing System, more affectionately known as BATTS. Feel free to peruse the documentation, which is also available in PostScript for those of you who like hard copy.
The current stable version of BATTS is 0.9.0, and it is available here. A GPG signature (signed with Jon Lasser's xisp.net key, available here ) is available as well.
BATTS has a new maintainer (Steve Killen), and has resumed active development. I'll be releasing builds from CVS on a regular basis; they can be found here. I've broken the main body of functions out into a Perl module, and am writing a CGI interface for it. Feel free to beat on it and tell me what you think.
